Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holiday closures) after receiving order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The Splash Lab is not responsible for orders delayed due to courier issues, inclement weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping for small, medium, or large parcel shipments under $1,250. All other shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground, and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on shipping address and order value. Shipment times vary by product. Please refer to the product page for the most accurate indication of lead time. Please message us for a custom shipping quote on all Monolith sink orders.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside the United States. For customers in Canada or Australia, please visit our Contact Page to find the information for your sales rep. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipment times vary by product. Please refer to the product page for the most accurate indication of lead time. If you are having trouble accessing tracking details, please reach out to for an update on your order. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

At this time, we cannot offer shipping to PO boxes. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns are accepted on stock orders up to three months from invoice date and subject to a 30% restocking fee. Must have valid return authorization; please contact to begin the authorization process. 
No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted for custom orders.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete in any way, please email us within three business days of receipt at with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the item’s condition where applicable. We address these on a case-by-case basis and endeavor to reach a satisfactory solution.
